Bethesda, MD – Boundary Companies and Matan Companies announced the acquisition of a 48-acre, M1-zoned industrial site located along University Boulevard in Manassas, VA. The property sits in Prince William County’s data center overlay district, allowing for both industrial and data center development by right.
The site supports 500,000+ SF of future industrial development and benefits from access to Interstate 66 and Route 29 via Price William Parkway directly to the north. With the acquisition, Boundary now controls over 100 acres of industrial land across Maryland and Virginia supporting over 1,000,000 SF of future development.
