The Boundary Cos. and Foulger Pratt Cos. acquired 327 S St. NE for $5.6 million.
The Boundary Cos. and Foulger-Pratt Cos. are casting their lots together at a former Nabisco bakery and distribution hub in Eckington as developers continue to seek opportunities in the Northeast D.C. neighborhood.
The partners closed Feb. 23 on their $5.6 million acquisition of 327 S St. NE. The 34,273-square-foot building is next to the Metropolitan Branch Trail and a short walk from projects the two developers have in the works.
The Art and Drama Therapy Institute, which provides therapeutic treatment services to people with mental disabilities, was the seller and occupies the building.
