Since inception, Boundary has invested in over 5.5 million square feet of commercial properties across a range of core, value-add, and opportunistic investment profiles. Boundary invests in assets that can benefit from entitlement, development, rehabilitation, re-positioning, branding, and/or improved management to create and capture incremental value. Boundary has experience owning and operating: industrial; self-storage; office; retail; and residential assets.
