Bethesda, MD – Boundary Companies announced the acquisition of a 40-acre, M-1 zoned, development
site located at the intersection of Wellington Road and Hornbaker Road in Manassas, VA. The property
sits in Prince William County’s Data Center and E-commerce Overlay Districts which allow for data center
and industrial development as a matter of right.
The site is proximate to several data centers owned by Amazon Web Services, Iron Mountain, and Stack
Infrastructure, as well as others. Alex Caffrey, Partner at Boundary Companies, shared: “We have been
tracking the data center market in Northern Virginia for the past several years and are thrilled to add this
site to Boundary’s portfolio. With this investment, Boundary now has over 2 million square feet of
available data center and industrial density in Manassas.”
