Couloir and Boundary Start Construction on Fourth Build-for-Rent Townhome Project

Bethesda, MD – Couloir Ventures and Boundary Companies announced the start of Sunstone Grove, a 73-unit build-for-rent townhome project located in Waldorf, MD. Sunstone Grove will offer 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhome units and is strategically located on major commuter routes providing access to Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. The property is proximate to Waldorf’s retail corridor and public schools. Sunstone Grove will be operated under Couloir’s Front Door Communities brand.
