An 11-acre site near Brandon Woods III in Anne Arundel County has changed hands to a group of investors who are planning to develop a Class A warehouse there.
Bethesda-based Boundary Companies spent $4.8 million to acquire the property at 7601 Energy Parkway near Solley Road.
The undeveloped site holds an 8.5-acre parking lot that is fully leased to tenants that include Performance Fleet Maintenance of PA, Inc., which serves Amazon.com with a fleet of delivery vans.
The Property has the potential for a 188,000-square-foot Class A warehouse facility – and that project is ramping up, said Alex Caffrey, a spokesman for Boundary Companies.
“Timing is TBD at the moment but we are 100% leased to fleet parking users, which will generate cash flow for us until the property is ready to be developed,” Caffrey said…
