Boundary Acquires Haymarket Self-Storage

Bethesda, MD – Boundary Companies, a private real estate investment firm, announced the acquisition of 6600 James Madison Highway, a stabilized self-storage property with 286 storage units and rental parking spaces, located off the intersection of Interstate 66 and Route 15 in Haymarket, Virginia.

“Haymarket’s growing population and location along I-66 make it an ideal market for our self-storage acquisition strategy,” said Alex Caffrey, Partner at Boundary Companies. “Scarcity of industrial-zoned land and limited competing supply create high barriers to entry.”

Haymarket Self-Storage represents Boundary’s 14th self-storage acquisition since 2019.
