Bethesda, MD — Boundary Companies today announced the hiring of Brendan O’Hare. Mr. O’Hare joins Boundary as a Principal, focusing on acquisitions and portfolio management. His primary responsibilities include investment analysis, transaction execution, pipeline development, asset management, and investment strategy. Mr. O’Hare shared: “I am thrilled to join the Boundary team. The firm is in a unique position to drive outperformance across its core strategies – I am excited to help capitalize on these opportunities and pursue future endeavors for both our investors and stakeholders.”
Previously, Mr. O’Hare worked at Artemis Real Estate Partners in Washington, D.C. supporting acquisition and asset management activities across the firm’s investment vehicles. While at Artemis, he focused on both stabilized and opportunistic investments across various property types in markets throughout the United States. Prior to Artemis, Mr. O’Hare worked in the real estate investment banking group at Eastdil Secured. Mr. O’Hare holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
